Thank you, Stella, for allowing me to open up and share deeply personal things and feel safe, understood, and supported. Thank you for the time you took to listen and assess in great detail my unique situation and health matters. You truly went above and beyond the call of duty and then some.
When I spoke with you last month, I sensed such peace, light, wisdom, and sisterhood from you. Your words then and in your follow up email, really touched me. I appreciate the comprehensive and extensive advice you provided for each of the symptoms or ailments I have been experiencing.
Something I really like is how your recommendations are natural ayurvedic remedies — non-invasive or detrimental to one’s overall health down the road. And the links you provided for further information and overall knowledge are very much appreciated.
And lastly, thank you for reminding me of the importance of honoring ourselves, listening intently to our body, and being appreciative of ourselves for showing up, for putting in the work, for the setbacks, the progress, the learning curves, the ‘growing pains’ — which are all part of what makes us who we are and forges us further along our personal journey and purpose in life.
We don’t always realize, especially when on the run or in ‘autopilot mode’ just how amazing, resilient, flexible, strong and capable we are — both physically and mentally — and it’s important (something I am still learning to be more mindful about) that we also step back from the hustle and ‘noise’ and allow ourselves moments of respite to recharge ourselves, congratulate ourselves for as much or as little as we have accomplished or come along.
I am truly grateful that our paths met, once again. I will certainly be recommending you to other women. We need more of this wholesome mind, body, and soul wellness in this present day and age.
Sending you love and light,
